The short version of how we engage. The signed agreement governs where the two differ. Last updated 31 July 2026.

Term

Twelve-month initial period, then month to month. Either side may end it on 60 days’ written notice. No auto-renewal into a new fixed term.

Payment

50% of the setup fee before work begins. Monthly fees by recurring card or debit order. Quoted prices exclude VAT while we are not VAT registered; invoices say exactly what you’re paying for.

Revisions

Two revision rounds are included in a build. Further changes are R650/hour, agreed in writing before the work happens.

Ownership

You own your domain, your content and copy, your logo and brand assets, and your data — permanently. The underlying template and code are licensed to you while you subscribe. If you leave, you take your domain and content with you, and you may buy the build out at six times the monthly fee.

We don’t do quiet lock-in. You read contracts for a living; you’d find it.

The care plan

Weekly checks, small changes live within one working day of your email, backups, security patching where applicable, and a monthly one-page report. “Small change” means text, images, and layout adjustments — not a new section of the site, which we’ll quote separately before touching.
