Us
Two attorneys.
One kind of work.
Road Accident Fund claims and personal injury, from Sunnyside in Pretoria, since 2009. No conveyancing, no divorces, no criminal work. This is all we do.

What we hold to
Four things, and the first one costs us money.
Nobody here pays for a file
No runners. No agents on commission. No arrangement with anyone at any hospital. Every client came directly, or was sent by somebody we acted for. It costs us work and it is not up for discussion.
We say no on the first call
If you do not have a claim, or the time has gone, you are told that day. Taking a hopeless file and letting it drift for two years is how this part of the profession earned what people think of it.
A person who has read your file answers
Ring and ask what stage you are at. If the person who picks up cannot tell you, somebody who can will phone you back the same day.
We come to you
After a serious injury a lot of people cannot travel, and a taxi to Sunnyside is not a small thing. Say so and we will come to the ward or the house.
Your money, while we hold it
It never becomes ours.
Held in trust
Money paid out on your claim lands in a trust account governed by the Legal Practice Act. It is not an asset of this firm and no creditor of ours can reach it.
It moves quickly
Capital goes out to you as soon as it clears. We do not sit on it, and you will know the day it arrives because we telephone before we email.
Audited every year
By an independent auditor, with the report going to the Legal Practice Council. Ask for a statement of your balance whenever you want one.

Ask us the hardest question you have.
Whether you have a claim at all is a fair place to start.
